Buixaderas, Elena

ELENA BUIXADERAS (1969, Murcia), je španělská básnířka, prozaička a překladatelka. Vystudovaná fyzička trvale pobývá v České republice, kde působí mimo jiné na Fyzikálním ústavu při Akademii věd ČR. Svou vědeckou práci kombinuje s literárními aktivitami. Je držitelkou ceny Ceny Otto Wichterla. Vydala řadu básnických knih a knih povídek. Je držitelkou několika španělských ocenění. Od roku 2004 se v Praze podílí na organizaci španělských literárních setkání.

ELENA BUIXADERAS (1969, Murcia) is a Spanish poet, prose writer and translator. Having studied physics, she now lives in Prague, where she works as a member of the Institute of Physics at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. She is active both as a scientist and a writer. She is a winner of the Otto Wichterle Award and the author of several poetry and short story collections. Since 2004 she has been active as an organizer of Spanish literary readings in Prague.
